I have several computers with the "Access Denied" error after scanning. I have already checked the WMI and RPC services and the firewall as well, and everything is fine. When I enter the admin credentials manually and rescan the assets, it works fine.
What could be the problem? There are about 200 computers with this problem (and I haven't scanned servers or virtual machines yet!).
Any help and/or comments will be well received.

We have this issue off and on with scans, and most issues are bypassed by using LsAgent. While I don't have insight into setting up firewalls, I'd check the following posts to troubleshoot scan issues:
