Unicode Problem Cyrillic

software with cyrillic name seems to be now working fine, but if i try to approve cyrillic software, unicode seems to be not working

Could you please try the lsmanage version from here :

http://www.lansweeper.com/debug/lsmanage.exe

Let me know if this fixes the problem.
