Uninstalling Software

i'm having a few troubles when i'm using remoteuninst.exe on windows 7 machines .
i getting this error " General error on retrieving installed software from remote machine." . This odd because with windows xp i can get all software installed and delete software not allowed
already i checked UAC,firewall,test connection with WMI etc etc and the user who start the premium tool program (remoteuninst.exe) is the Domain Admin.
i hope someone can help me

A couple of customers have reported this problem. We have issued a fix that is still being tested.
Could you try this version of the Remote Uninstall tool. Please let us know if this version works for you.
