Upgrade completed but...

I ran setup and had the option to upgrade. The DB and Website were checked automatically for upgrade and the service said it did not need to be upgraded.
Setup completed with no errors but when I run the Configuration (GUIConsole) it still reports that it is version 3.5.1.13 and the website still looks the same.
If I re-run setup, I have the option to Upgrade but everything is grayed out.

Am I do something wrong or did something go wrong with the setup?

Nope, I downloaded the new version which had the option to upgrade...

Ah! I see what it did!
I had a second instance to test a different domain that we use for some R&D stuff. Instead of updating my main install in Program Files/lansweeper it upgraded my Program Files\lansweeper\test

Maybe you ran the old setup?
