I'm about to reinstall my DB server (OS upgrade, and all that entails - including updating the version of SQL Server). I currently have Lansweeper v4 installed, and will be installing v5 once the server has been upgraded. Is it better to upgrade the v4 DB to v5, or install v5 from scratch?
I'm not particularly fussed about history of scanned assets, and we don't have that many in any case (have I just answered my own question?).
Opinions? Experience? All comments gratefully received...

It is generally recommended that you upgrade instead of reinstall, as a reinstallation will cause you to lose all of your history, custom data and (scanning and other) settings. If this is not a concern however, you may as well reinstall.
