We upgraded our lansweeper to 4.0 and entered the license key through the configuration utility and it shows valid until 4/26/2010. When you access the web console it shows:
Premium version
License expires: 3/16/2010
Premium disabled
Does the license key need to be entered somewhere else, or just in the configuration utility? Not sure if I am missing something or what. Please help.
