We are a new customer as of 3/5/10. We have configured active scan and currently have 64 computers scanned.
Our problem is, not all of the user information from Active Directory is being populated on the User Details screen, even though it has been entered in AD for a long time.
I have double checked that our Domain DNS name and Domain NetBios name are entered correctly.
The attached screenshot shows the problem. The screen is missing the following information that has already been entered in AD, but is not appearing here:
* Title
* Department
* Email
* Telephone
Also, how do you make the pictures work?
Thanks,
Drew

Also, we have found that other users have data populated - another indication that this user was created before activating the premium feature.

Yes, that is very likely. How can I get it to repopulate the data from AD? Just delete the record?

Wait until the user is seen again on a workstation.
Version 4.0 will have an "automatic update at night" feature.
