Has anyone experience issues with the Identity and Access - Microsoft 365 discovery actions within Lansweeper cloud sites?
The issue being experienced at the moment is that the Entra ID starts scanning, it sits in the scanning activity box anywhere between 40 minutes to an hour or so, before completely dropping off.
I have followed this guide: Set up Cloud Discovery access - Lansweeper Community to configure App registration, API permissions, Lansweeper's federated credentials and then Azure key vault.
I know this registered app is working as it's discovering Intune devices and Azure subscriptions.
I've checked my Entra logs and can see that all elements of this configuration are called successfully.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I've been in contact with support at which my ticket has been escalated but I've had no movement on this since Friday. Having Entra ID information in Lansweeper is a huge requirement which we would like to try and get working before end of trial.
