I am trying to produce a report on the following criteria,
Users Fist Name
Users Last name
Users managers name
Number of tickets logged of a certain type (replacement laptop)
Ideally i would like the below output if thats doable?
First Name Last Name Managers Name Number of tickets (replacement laptop)
I can achieve most of it with the built in filters but the managers name needs to be there hence the need for a custom report.
