When I look at the systems scanned mine is the only one that shows my AD information, all the other systems show %USERNAME%, is there an easy fix and what causes this?

Thanks!

Kind of, I pushed the client out and set a run job on the batch file because I don't want to scan all 5000+ computers on our network, only the ones in our department (400).

Edit:
I think I figured out something that will work, I just copied the script to the startup items folder and instead of running it with a command I'll just let it kick off on its own when they log in.

I guess that's the trick, thanks!

You are probably using a startup script instead of a logon script.
