Hi,
Users in the Domain Admins group don't get access to the Lansweeper web console.
The "DOMAINNAME\Domain Admins" does not show up in the Windows Groups list.
No problems with other domain user groups
You do not have access to this webpage.
User: DOMAINNAME\MasterAdmin >>>> this user is in the Domain Admins group
Logon: Negotiate
Windows groups Lansweeper roles
Everyone
BUILTIN\Users
NT AUTHORITY\REMOTE INTERACTIVE LOGON
NT AUTHORITY\INTERACTIVE
NT AUTHORITY\Authenticated Users

I tried that already. Also logout and login with an other domain admin account give's no result.

Could you try logging the user out and logging him back in. If you recently changed his group memberships, those changes won't take effect until you log the user back in.
