I just upgraded to 4.0.0.106 and then got an email that there is a newer version out. Is that correct, and if so what are the enhancements and/or benefits?

Actually 4.0.0.106 is on the config console
4.0.0.21 is listed for the server running the service. which is correct and is there a newer version, yet again?
