Hello,
I've been looking in the forum and documentation but i cannot find an answer.
It's stated in several places that v5 has bult in support for updating warranty information.
With v4 we used the "UpdateDellWarrantyInfo.exe - All" process.
Any new system (Dell in our case) registers it's serial and express code on the the summary page, but "Purchased" and "Warranty" do not seem to be updated.
How/when does this process run in v5?
Thanks!

The scan frequency can be configured under Configuration/Scanning Setup/Item Wait Time, but you must also enable warranty scanning under Configuration/Scanning Setup/Server Options.

I believe this can be configured in Item Wait Time. It looks like by default warranty information refreshes every 120 days, and it retries after 2 days if it fails.
