Vista - VNC authentication fails

On some of the Vista machines when I go to remote into them it gives me a "VNC Authentiaction Fails" dialog. Has anyone seen this error before?

This happens when there is already a vnc server running on the machine.
If this is the case you can change the port to which you want to connect to.
