VSSAdmin Shadow Copy 2 Weeks Old?

We are currently looking for a solution to a report we would like to build that would show all computers that have not had a shadow created in 2 weeks.

vssadmin.exe is a tool that displays current volume shadow copy backups. The CMD is "vssadmin list shadows" to list existing volume shadow copies.

The creation time is the only line that is truly important, If the date is past 2 weeks ago NO if the date is from the past 2 weeks then YES.

Because this information is no where in the schema is this even possible? Is it possible to add it to the schema, as a custom table?

I am open to any workarounds using scripts or any other means, i just need to report on what machines have and have not had shadow copies made in the past 2 weeks.
