Web Console Error after Upgrade from 3.2 to 3.5

I get this after I upgraded from 3.2 to 3.5. Any ideas on what this means. Lansweeper32 is the folder name but it has the 3.5 version files updated to it. Thanks.

Most likely the upgrade sql script timed out.
Try to run it again from the sql tools that came with sqlserver.
Pick the correct database and ignore any errors you might encounter.
