web console

Hi, even though the Gui console shows the license correctly the web console continues to show "freeware version".. What do I need to do to fix this?

The file helperfunctions.dll should be in the same folder as your lansweeper service. (check the zip file)

Please check your errorlog.txt file for any errors.

It has been since the 8th. This is when I upgraded from 3.1. Has not worked since ;-(

Wait a little bit (if you've just done it) ... it took mine 10-15min to update after i'd put the licence in.
