Hi,

My question is my what's in the subject: When do reports run and can they be triggererd to run
I can't find a way to set it in the GUI console, is there any?

We noticed this: when uninstalling software on several machines, the software still shows up in the computer software list, even if the lstrigger ran this morning and the uninstall was done a couple of days ago. Also the report for that software still shows those computers...

Also, where does lansweeper get this information from? The registry or the Add or Remove programs list or WMI or...

Thanks

No chance you have a SuperPremium pack where you can trigger a regclean? 🙂 Thanks for the answers.

The software information comes directly from the registry.
(WMI also reads these registry keys)

Hi,

Yes, sorry, lsclient runs at loginscript, but we sometimes do the lstrigger to get most up to date info. The Waittime for software is 1, so it runs every day right?

Also, the software in question is showing up as ''Add or Remove software x" in the All software report... so the info comes from where? The registry or via WMI?

All reports are realtime.

Is it possible that you mean lsclient instead of lstrigger in this sentence?
lstrigger ran this morning

If you meant lsclient then the answer to your question is that you need to change the "waittime" for software to a lower value.
