Where do I plug in the Premium Key for V3.2?

I'm hearing a lot about the Configuration Program to enter the premium key into. We're running 3.2 here and I cannot find the location to enter in the license key information. Can someone give me a hand? Where is it that I enter in the Upgrade license?

In 3.2 you don't need a license key, it is only needed starting from version 3.5
