I've installed your app in my JSM instance (premium) and followed your setup guide.

But, on the configuration panel, when I click on "load object schemas" an error occurs stating that my credentials are not valid oO

So , I tested my credentials with curl calling the jsm assets api to get the objectschema and everything works fine !

Why is your application unable to connect with my credentials which are nevertheless valid?!

Could you try again creating a new API token using this link?
If it still does not work, we would require the app logs to further investigate the issue. Steps to get the logs are provided in the troubleshooting section of the user guide. Please forward those to LS support. Thanks.
