Windows 7 problems

None of my Windows 7 machines are successfully populating my lansweeper database (other Oses are fine) - entry is there but no details and error is 'the network path was not found'. I've opened the remote registry and enabled remote adminstration but still not working. Version I'm using is v3.2.
Any ideas what I'm missing?

hello - thanks for advice. I upgraded to latest version - this changed the specific error message to 'The RPC server is unavailable 0x800706BA'. Searching on this I tracked it down eventually to requiring the 'allow incoming remote administration exception' to be configured through group policy. It did appear to be open added manually to local firewall but think it needed the overriding domain group policy to take effect.

First I suggest to upgrade to the latest version.
If the error still exists, post a screenshot of the exact error message.
