Some of our windows 7 computers return an error when we trigger a scan. Some of those computers are 64 bit but there's also a couple of 32 bit computers. And some of them don't throw that error.
Why do we get these errors and how do we get rid of them?

Scan Error
(X) Registry Access denied
This has happened since we've put a new registry key in the scan for lansweeper to look for Microsoft Office 2007 Dutch. But even when we've turned off this item for the scan, we still get this error.
btw, why do i not find my topics but see some random ones when i press the 'my topic' button in this forum?

Which error do you get.
Most likely you can solve it using: http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/troubleshooting-guide.aspx
