In the OS description, it does not report correctly if the OS is Windows Server 2008 Standard x64 edition. It just reports as Windows Server 2008 Standard.

However with Windows Server 2003 Standard x64 edition, it does correctly report the OS description.

Is this a known problem?

Cheers

Ian

When I open this applet, under the Windows Edition it shows Windows Server Standard, and then under the System section it shows System type: as 64-bit Operating System

Same thing with me, shows as "Microsoft® Windows Server® 2008 Enterprise" in Lansweeper. The server is a 64-bit version. On the CP - System page, it reads "Windows Server® Enterprise" under Windows edition and under System Type: "64-bit Operating System". So it is not getting the information from the screen that displays in CP - System.

This is not a known problem, when you open control panel/system do you see the information correct there?
