Hi all, can anybody tell me how to change the automatic logoff time from Lansweeper?
A user tells me that she is logged off every some minutes automatically....
Thanks, Aurel

Hi there @Aurel_Vienna , Lansweeper has no setting for automatic logoff time for users. This is likely occurring outside of Lansweeper.

Hello, I have had the problem for 4 weeks. Users are “logged out due to inactivity” while writing a ticket. Also admins/agents are logged out directly while they are actively working with Lansweeper. The statement that the problem lies elsewhere does not help here. If it is the IIS Express, then please show how you can change the behavior there (keyword web.config or applicationHost.config). To put it simply, the installation of Lansweeper no longer works. You as support should help me. I have paid for it.
