Engaged Sweeper
I am running Windows 7 and I have enabled all of the services on my Windows firewall for port 135 and I am still getting these results when I run Lansweeper Connectiontester. If I turn off my firewall, of course I get a ping and my port 135 (EPMAP) is open so it is definitely a problem with the firewall. I just don't see what else I can enable! One thing I noticed -- when I go to "allow programs to communicate through Windows Firewall" and click "Change Settings" the checkbox for Remote Administration for Home/Work is greyed out. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to enable that box! I can create an inbound rule to basically allow anything to use port 135 and I do get the 135 (EPMAP) to show open, but I still don't get a ping and I have a feeling that's not the safest solution. Thoughts?
