FYI for everyone: if non-Windows assets are overwriting each other, these assets most likely share one or more MAC addresses. All of a non-Windows device's MAC addresses are expected to be unique. If a MAC address is shared with another device, those devices will start overwriting each other in the database.
You can connect to the devices with
this tool to list all of the devices' MAC addresses and identify the common ones. Afterwards, you can add the common MACs (e.g. through a script) to the tsysMacBlacklist table in the Lansweeper database. Blacklisting the common MAC addresses will prevent the devices from overwriting each other.
