lsagent not scan since 3/14

hi i am ther user of lansweeper and lsagent, the lsAgent was work fine but all my asset installed lsAgent the last LsAgent scan stop at 2024/3/14 i did update the client and server  to the lastest versionļ¼Œis anyone know why?

Resolved! Automatically update LSAgent on Linux

I understand that if the latest server version is installed, the agent will update automatically on Windows systems. What about Linux machines? Do they have to me manually updated?

Detect Docking Stations

Hi does LS detect Docking Stations?Surely if it can detect monitors when it runs the scanning, it could detect the docking stations as well.

Scan Target Stuck on "Queued"

I started a scan of all assets in my network, but it's stuck at "queued". The button is grayed out. There's nothing in my scan queue or activity fields either. It's just not scanning my assets. How do I troubleshoot this?
