I have enable scan item "ENVIRONMENT" on scanned Item Interval options, But I can't find any message on assets --> config --> windows --> environment just response No information found
If you haven't already, rescan your computers. Enabling a scan item does not automatically trigger a scan of that scan item. To rescan, click the Assets link at the top of the web console, tick the upper checkbox and hit the Rescan button on the left. Wait for your scanning queue to clear under Scanning\Scanning Queue.
