Engaged Sweeper

Hi,

I installed a linked installation however the computer then died. I have tried to unlink from the cloud version however it just hangs on 'Unlink in progress' and the sync server is showing as being down. Is there a way to force the unlink?

Hi, I had the same issue as you but I gave it another try today and it seemed like it finally unlinked

Just tried it and unlinking now works. Lansweeper must have done an update. Would have been nice to mention to everyone.

Same for me.  I was able to unlink about a month ago.

I have had a ticket open about this for a couple of months has anyone seen any movement?

No real movement, no.  But Lansweeper Support has acknowledged to me that this is still an open issue.  Still awaiting their resolution.  Ensure you have an official ticket open with them so that they know how many people are enduring this problem.

This is a known issue, I've had a ticket open about it for more than a month.  Awaiting feedback after they said the engineering group would need to fix it.
