Hello Everyone.
We received the following information in our Memory Changes Report:
AssetName Action DeviceLocator MB MemoryName Lastchanged
HOSTNAME Added DIMM1 4096 DDR3 02/18/2020 10:33:44
HOSTNAME Removed DIMM1 4096 Unknown 02/18/2020 10:33:44
The user said that nothing changed physically on this machine. Is there any chance that Lansweeper has generated this log by another reason?

Possible OS updates which have updated the bios/firmware potentially now detecting the memory type as it shows memory type as unknown, in the same SIMM1 slot, same size now shows as DDR3.
