If you haven't already, we recommend updating your Lansweeper installation by following the instructions in
this knowledge base article. We included some fixes for a couple of Acer models in our latest releases. After updating, make sure to rescan all assets by clicking the Assets link at the top of the console, tick the upper checkbox and hit the Rescan button on the left. If the issue persists after following these steps, we recommend sending an email to support@lansweeper.com for further troubleshooting.
