Hi, has anyone got any suggestions on how to fix the following:

I noticed this past week as I have been doing a full audit that there are monitors being scanned and added to random computers meaning my PCs have multiple monitors assigned to them, but in reality there is only the one. I delete the incorrect monitor from lansweeper but upon next scan they return. They have different serial numbers so it's not exactly duplicating but it's adding monitors that don't exist.

I have attached a screenshot as an example. This morning I deleted the monitor on "KH-PC-B2-02" but it's scanned during the day and now I have two again.

It's not just this PC, I'm finding multiple, sometimes a PC has 4 monitors attached, all with different serial numbers, when in reality there is only one plugged in

Lansweeper: 11.3.0.5 (updated today so it's not version)

LSAgent 11.1.10.0

Thank you for the quick response - the tool you sent has only one monitor listed (the correct one). Image attached.

I've worked out that LSpush is giving me the correct monitor but LSAgent is giving me the wrong monitor. Images attached.

Any advice welcome

Hello there!

That is a good observation, but it sounds like a potential bug. Would you mind creating a support case for this?

Hello there!

Monitor assets are retrieved by scanning the Windows registry of the Windows computers to which the monitors are connected. So, if the data re-appears after each scan, this suggests that the data is present as such in the registry. You can double-check the information returned by your client computers with the tool found on the following website http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/monitor_info_view.html. The tool from Nirsoft is a third-party tool and is not used by us, but Lansweeper uses the same scanning method as them. If the tool from Nirsoft is returning the same data as Lansweeper, then, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to correct this.
