Is there anyway to attach Documents to AD User Profiles within Lansweeper in the same way you can attach Documents to Assets?
This could potentially be a very useful feature for New User Request, Permissions Requests etc etc.

This is not supported yet. Lansweeper 6.0, which is in the beta phase now, includes a ticketing system which makes it possible to use fully customizable tickets per user or CC user. You can define custom ticket fields and even nest them into each other, so after one field has been filled out, another will get displayed. An introduction to the helpdesk can be found here.
