Hi,

when creating a new windows credential i got the error.

error while saving
password or username are incorrect


any ideas

Just an FYI for everyone: information on setting up scanning credentials, as well as credential examples, can be found in this knowledge base article.

Local user accounts need to be entered in the format .\username and domain user accounts in the format domain\username.
