Older version of Adobe Acrobat would show whether the user had Pro or Standard installed. This new version does not.

Windows software information is scanned directly from the registry of Windows computers and mimics the Add/Remove Programs list. I presume that in this case Adobe used to include "pro" or "standard" in their software name and they've stopped doing that in their latest version. This isn't something we can directly accommodate for unfortunately. If the name of the Adobe Acrobat Edition is stored anywhere in the registry though you could potentially retrieve this information using Custom Registry Scanning.
