Agent view customization?

Any way to tone down/customize the agent view of the Help Desk queue? It's purely aesthetic, but rather busy. It seems there are only some minor customizations available to the end user view. Nothing to tone down the blues & bright colors of the Help Desk queue.

Thank you, I'll have a look. It would be nice to be able to customize agent view and tone it down. The blue highlight on each row is bothersome. The user view is much better looking.

While I don't actively use an extension for this, Color That Site seems to be an example for Firefox. You can right-click an element on the website and select Inspect element, which should open the developer toolbar. To the right of this toolbar, you should see the element's CSS, displaying the color and background color etc., which should make it easier identifying a color using its RGB value.

This is currently not possible without fiddling with the CSS pages, which we do not support. Customizing this view is already on our wishlist, however it'll probably take quite some time before development for this will start. You could technically add an extension for this to your web browser (will work best in Firefox or Chrome) and alter certain color settings for this page if some colors are really bothersome.
