We are in the early stages of configuring Lansweeper and we want to allow our Agents to Create and Edit the Knowledgebase. We have given the Teams access to articles and Add/Edit Permissions to the Categories. When I log in as an Agent though I do not have the ability to edit/create Knowledgebase Articles.
In order to be able to edit/create knowledge base articles, the user needs to have this permission to do so. To verify if this is the case, please verify under Configuration\User Access & Roles. Then verify under the role that is assigned to this user if the permission to alter knowledge base articles is enabled.
