Engaged Sweeper III
Is there a way for Lansweeper to maintain a history of an asset for when things change? For example, if the name or IP address of the asset change, is there a way for Lansweeper to keep a record of that change?

Also, is there a way to prevent Lansweeper from automatically deleting an asset that hasn't been seen on the network for awhile? Is there a setting to "lock it"?

That setting can be set in Configuration > Scanning Setup > Server Options.

Regarding your first question I am not sure, I know LS keeps things like logged on users etc. But if it was keeping that other data, I am sure your database file will grow very quickly.
