Hello LS Community,
We have configured 'Automatically make non-active assets active when they are rescanned' (see attachment).
Is this also possible for other statuses than 'non-active'? For example 'Stock' and 'Repair'.
Practical example; Our service desk change the status to 'Stock' when a asset is handed in, when they hand out the asset they now have to manually change the status to 'Active'. We would like to automate this.
I already checked https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/managing-assets/create-use-and-change-asset-states/ta-p/64475
Kind regards,
Carlo

Hello there!
Currently, this is only possible for the "Non-active" status, and other states like "Stock" and "Repair" are not included in this cleanup option. However, we have added this to our customer wish list.
