Hi all,
I have noticed that LastLogon column in table tblAzureAdUser is always NULL. I want to create report regarding users who have not been logged in for more than 2 months but this column is always NULL.
I have found this thread from 3 years ago but it seams this is still not fixed. Do you know when it will be fixed or why this column is always NULL?
Thank you in advance,
Ndj

Hi,
If you're seeing empty 'LastLogon' values when scanning Azure AD with Lansweeper, it's because this data point is disabled by default. This is done to prevent significant performance degradation during Entra ID scans, as fetching logon information can be time-consuming. You can enable it with the below option, be aware that enabling this data collection can likely cause significant delays.
You can open the config editor and add the following app setting and then click save restart services.
- Key: EnableAzureADLastLogonScanning
- Value: 1
The tool is located in the below folder.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Tools
