We have a legacy/hybrid on-premises installs, but also now scanning our Azure cloud resources. I've had scanning enabled from both the on-premises install and the LANsweeper cloud portal. We are wanting to use the two LANSweeper apps with our Jira environment (LANsweeper app for JIRA and LANsweeper app for Jira Service Management Assets).
Over the weekend we set things up and it appeared to be working, we are seeing all of the Azure resources, but they are missing the additional cloud properties (IP address, region/location, etc.) - things that would be important and useful to have when building our our App diagrams and such.
Any thoughts as to why we are not seeing the additional cloud properties for the Azure resources? I reviewed the setup and made sure I had the app registration had read access to the subscription, plus organization read all and directory read all.
