So one day this week, out of the blue, I am unable to drill into certain Windows PC's from any of my reports. They're just displaying as text rather than a link like before. Any idea why this may be?

The issue was resolved via email:

In our report builder we've built in the functionality for tblassets.assetname to generate a clickable link, but this requires the following to be true:
  • tblAssets.AssetID is added to the report and has no alias.
  • tblAssets.AssetName is added to the report and has no alias.

I just checked our current version of LanSweeper and it is up to date, but I am still unable to drill into a large amount of PC's.

This behavior is likely caused by your currently installed Lansweeper version not having the latest Windows 10 build numbers. You can resolve this by updating your Lansweeper installation to version 6.0.0.45 by following the instructions in this article.
