Hi, we find some problem about lansweeper v. 5166, out staff have install ANSYS software,
but we can't find in our software list.

We no longer provide support for Lansweeper 5.1 installations. Please update to the latest Lansweeper release (6.0) by following these instructions and then rescan your machines by clicking the Assets link at the top of the web console, ticking the upper checkbox and hitting the Rescan button on the left.
Keep in mind that the default software scanning procedure recreates Add/Remove Programs on the client machines themselves. If the software is not listed in Add/Remove Programs, it will not be scanned by default. If this is the case, you can try to detect it through custom file or registry scanning instead, which are documented here and here.
