Just installed Lansweeper 10 and started our initial scan. Noticed Lansweeper was taking a long time to complete device scanning. When I looked at the Scan Time of devices that completed, I noticed that the certificates Scan Time was taking ~9,000-10,000 seconds to complete.
Is that normal for the certificate scans to take that long or is there something else wrong with the installation?

Hello there!
We have been able to reproduce this issue in our test environment. A fix should be included in one of our next releases. When fixed, it will be referred to as LAN-14049 in our changelog. We recommend checking our changelog when a new version is released to make sure this fix is included. You can find our changelog here: https://www.lansweeper.com/changelog.aspx
Additionally, you can enable the update check in the Lansweeper web console under Configuration\Your Lansweeper License to be notified of any new releases.
Until a fix is available, we recommend using one of the following workarounds:
- Disable certificate scanning (which you already did) if you do not care about certificates.
- If you do want to use certificate scanning:
- Make sure the remote Registry Service is running and is accessible on the target PCs.
- Make sure the Windows Remote Management Service is running on the target PCs.
