Is it some how possible to edit the "All tickets" tab?
Maybe add "headlines" for each columns and hide/show info? Right now the way the information is shown is for me not easily to read. WHO started the ticket, User and Group assigned. Date ticket started. Maybe "headlines" before/after some of these informations could be added to make it more easy to read/understand.
This page is currently not adjustable, aside from altering the filter options and creating custom filters. We're already making plans to change the display of this page, making it more modular. This will however be for a future release, which is still a very long way off.
