We are currently using BMC Trackit for our helpdesk andare looking at switching to Lansweeper. In Trackit we have certain types of tickets that must be approved. One is Installi ng new software as well as updating existing software. When a ticket that needs change management is put in, an E-mail is sent to the person or persons that need to approve it. How can this be accomplished in Lansweeper?
