You can take a look here on how AV software is detected: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/managing-anti-virus-software-reports/
I'm pretty sure you will have to manually indicate that Cisco AMP is your AV software by adding it to the list of known anti-virus software under Software\Anti-Virus Settings.

The summary page will only show AV info scanned via WMI. The current status of the AV can also only be retrieved via WMI. The built-in AV reports should take this into account and will show that you have AV software installed.
If your AV software is detected with software comparison like what you have, status cannot be retrieved. You could look for this information in registry keys. Additionally, for some AV software you can also scan the definition file, and by checking the last changed date you know when it was last updated.

Thanks for the help. I have since added the wildcard for Cisco AMP but it does not show up on the client from the summary page by Antivirus: but if you go to Software and Antivirus from that client in lansweeper is lists Cisco Amp but without the green bug icon? Any idea?
