FYI for everyone: we received and answered this question via email last week. Kdunnett could still access the Configuration tab with another user account, so we recommended that he do the following to give his account access to the tab:
- Browse to Configuration\Website Access.
- Add your user account to the Edit Configuration user role, with the format NetBIOS domain name\username
- Restart your browser.
If you're completely locked out of the Configuration tab in 5.x, you can do the following to regain access:
- Run the following tool on your Lansweeper server and hit the button to reset your user roles: Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\ResetWebUserRoles.exe. This will give everyone full access to Lansweeper again.
- Restart your web browser.
