Hello,

Since June I cannot access Lansweeper . I Created standard  account with my professional email address a few month ago and the account has been authorize to the different client sites infrastructure.

Tying to reset the password is imposible as well , same message when I try to connect "invalide challenge, try again"

We experienced a temporary issue where some customers encountered an “Invalid challenge” error when attempting to log in to LS Sites. Our development team investigated and has since resolved the problem.

You should now be able to log in without any issues. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked on a fix.

Hey all - I am having the same issue with my site that I use a traditional email/password sign-in as well - there's an internal support incident that I have escalated -  thanks for your patience - as to your question on how to make a support case without being able to get into the support portal - good question!  I'll try to find out
