I currently have a client that installed Lansweeper On Prem, and wants to integrate it to JSM cloud. I see that we can use the app "Lansweeper Integration for Jira Service Management Assets" to import the data from LS into JSM. The documentation states that we need the Lansweeper API URL. How do we identify this? I did find this post that says that there currently is no LS API for On Prem environments. Is this still true?
